Yes. We only sell products that are both tree nut & peanut free

We dont stock anything with a may contain nut/peanut warning. We contact all of our suppliers to request information on their manufacturing process and to seek assurances that they are happy the may contain statement is not required. Of course there are no 100% gurantees in life but we work with companies who promise they have all of the necessary controls in place.

We are fully insured and registered with Essex County Council Environmental Health Department. We recently obtained a 5* Food Hygiene Award. Our certificate is displayed on our website.

We presently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. If you wish to place and order for Northern Ireland please emailk us for further information on the restrictions we have.

Shipping costs vary from a minimum of £4.65 to a maximum of £5.65 depending on the order total. This updates at checkout. We deliver Royal Mail Signed for & Tracked, We offer free postage on orders over £30

We currently use a Royal Mail. This provides -5-7 days average delivery times from day of order. Delivery times may be much slower during busy Seasonal periods but we aim to update at store checkout if this is the case. We do not offer next day delivery at this time.

As a customer you have 14 days in which to return any goods purchased, in the condition they were purchased in. Before doing this you must advise us in writing that ypu intend to do this via email.
